Bubji and Beyond the Idol
The matter does not stop at updating the game (bowing to the idol) leading to prohibiting playing it and that's it! But it should be a "slap" we took on our faces! It wakes us up to many things:
1. What does it mean that nations invade us with their soft invasion through games, drawings, and films that strip our children of their religion while we do not fulfill our duty to fortify them? And yet we complain about the humiliation of our nation and the military superiority of our enemy as if there is no way to do anything! - This bowing to the idol, if it is clear, then in these games there is something more hidden that reshapes the values, morals, and psychology of the youth and children, and molds them with what distorts their nature. Even if the manufacturing company removes this bowing to the idols, there will remain in the game what calls for "unconscious prostration" to the values of the polytheists.
2. The reactions of some people wake us up to the weakness of religion "seriously" in their sense, as if one of them says to you: "What's in it, O Sheikh? It's all just a game"!!! - All just a game?! So if the game asks you to make the cartoon character curse Allah, is it "no problem, it's all just a game"?! This is disbelief, and that is disbelief...or is "electronic disbelief" permissible and the real one forbidden?! This makes you feel that calls for normalization with disbelief and "respect for religions" and the establishment of pagan temples in Muslim lands are doing their work in the hearts! And glory be to Allah! It is the same word that was said by those before them: (And if you ask them, they will say: We were only joking and playing)..."just playing"..the same phrase! So the response came: (Say: Do you mock Allah and His signs and His Messenger? (65) Do not apologize; you have disbelieved after your faith) No playing in religion! No playing in monotheism! No playing in polytheism! But it is the humiliation of religion upon those who have not tasted the sweetness of faith...The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: (Three things, if found in a person, will make him taste the sweetness of faith)...the third of which is: (And that he hates to return to disbelief as he hates to be thrown into the fire). And he said: (Hasten to good deeds, for trials come like pieces of the dark night. A man may wake up a believer and go to bed a disbeliever, or go to bed a believer and wake up a disbeliever, selling his religion for a trifle of this world)...Thus, so easily! He sells his religion for the most trivial thing! - "That's it, Sheikh, they removed the bowing to the idol"...Glory be to Allah! They removed it, but did their act not shake you from the beginning?! Did it not stir your zeal for your religion?! Did you not feel the "slap" on your face? Do you not understand the meaning of anger for Allah?!
3. Our children and youth live a great intellectual and psychological void, one of whose main causes is the lack of communication with their parents. Get closer to your children, magnify Allah in their hearts, make them love Allah and His Messenger, and then they will be angry for Allah, and feel the dignity and zeal for the religion and its protection...(And He has made abhorrent to you disbelief and wickedness and transgression). As Ibn Taymiyyah said: (A man does not abandon a beloved except with another beloved that is more beloved to him, or out of fear of something hated. The corrupt love is only turned away from the heart by the righteous love, or by the fear of harm). And Allah is our helper....
