Criminalizing Reverence!

There are values being stolen from us Muslims quietly without us noticing... the most important of them: reverence for Allah the Almighty, anger for His sake, and jealousy for His religion. I used to mention in my sermons to the youth a touching story about the Indian poet Akhtar Sheerani, who in gatherings of drinking wine with his bad companions, one of them would say to him: (What do you say about so-and-so?), so he would compose vulgar, obscene poetry that made them laugh... until a communist Arab once said to him: (What do you say about Muhammad?), so Akhtar's body trembled and he shook, took the wine glass and hit the communist on the head with it, cursed him, and ordered him to be thrown out... and said words I can barely contain myself while remembering them, filled with reverence and anger for Allah and His Messenger. I fear that we will reach a stage where if we tell this story to Muslim youth, they will say to us: (But this was a wrong action)... (Okay, suppose the hit with the wine glass killed the communist, it is not permissible to kill someone just because they mocked the Prophet)... (I am not with the communist youth, but it is also not Akhtar's right to use violence in response to him)!! Anger for Allah has become criminalized in Muslim societies... it is criminalized by the laws, and even criminalized by many of the "elites" and religious figures, and Islamic bodies! Until the culture of (criminalizing reverence) has become common among "Muslims"!! And the spread of this "culture" was aided by the existence of bad practices by some "Islamic" groups, so in reaction to their actions, people fled from the ashes of extremism to the fire of negligence towards Allah's rights, His Messenger's rights, and His religion's rights! And this negligence is never less dangerous than the danger of extremism. If you see an evil, if Allah's prohibitions are violated before you, if His religion is mocked, then do not be angry or jealous for Allah's religion! For anger and jealousy are no longer acceptable... as restraints (brakes) and chains have been installed in your being and placed on your emotion: You will recall images of extremism and fear being counted among them... You will recall the media that condemns, denounces, and denigrates... You will recall the image of "preachers" who rush to disassociate themselves from any reaction to evils and make them more wrong and foolish than those who disassociate themselves from those who allowed these evils and the belittling of Allah's religion to spread corruption in Muslim lands... You will recall the image of people's comments... Therefore, your jealousy for Allah's religion will not ignite at all until it is extinguished, and it will not be born at all until it dies! Or you may see corruption in your own home, in the behavior of your children and the appearance of your daughters... And all these psychological restraints prevent you from denying or changing it!! It is intended that the market of evil remains bustling, and that you get used to seeing the merchandise of disbelief, debauchery, and mockery protected by the strength of the law, and that hearts die under the slogan: combating extremism! Instead of our slogan being (anger for Allah's sanctities must have limits), it should be: (violation of Allah's sanctities must be eliminated), and if anger and jealousy produce mistakes, their absence is the mother of disasters, the death of hearts, and the corruption of this world and the next.
