Did the Messenger of Allah Really Die and His Shield Pledged to a Jew? -1

When I mentioned the invalidity of the story of the Jew who used to put garbage at the Prophet's door, some brothers mentioned a hadith that the Prophet (peace be upon him) died and his shield was pledged to a Jew in exchange for food he took. I say, O beloved: they are not the same! Rather, the hadith of the pledge of the shield was narrated by Bukhari and others, and the scholars of hadith agreed on its authenticity. But is it reasonable that the Prophet (peace be upon him) would leave all the Companions, including the wealthy, and borrow from... a Jew?! The answer: yes, it is reasonable, and the scholars have mentioned a ruling for that, but I would like to add to it: 1. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) conveys to his Ummah after him and to humanity a message: that there is no justice except in the truth under Islam. And the Ummah does not need the dual standards that are taught to the young and old in our days when they are told: (from the religious perspective and from the perspective of citizenship)! And "citizenship" is made to rule over religion! Rather, as Allah the Almighty said: (And the word of your Lord has been fulfilled in truth and justice) and he (peace be upon him) said: (Verily, Allah has given every rightful person his right), whether Muslims or others. So this Jew is a dhimmi, if he transgresses the rules of the dhimmi, he is punished, and he has no right to hold the position of rule and judgment which is for the Muslims only, and yet here is the head of the state (peace be upon him) buying from him on credit, pledging his shield with him in consideration of his right, and no one can say to this Jew: (How dare you?! How do you take the shield from the master of humanity who is the most truthful and the most righteous)... rather, the right of every rightful person is preserved. 2. The Messenger of Allah teaches us that Muslims in dealing with "the other" do not need the covenants of the United Nations nor the hypocritical bargaining that its makers trample upon at the slightest interest to them! Rather, the Muslim and "the other" have their rights preserved as no system... this other is a polytheist whose religion we believe is invalid, but that does not allow us to violate his right. 3. And look at the greatness of education when the Prophet pledges his shield, not something else... it is a weapon of war! He teaches us that in Islam, no one has the right to diminish the rights of the subjects - even if they are polytheists - under the pretext of "the interest of the nation" and these idols that the oppressors set up and with which they plunder the rights of the servants! We do not have in Islam oppression under the title (no voice is louder than the voice of the battle)! Even though the Prophet's shield was the shield of the purest body for the noblest battle: the battle of establishing the truth and annihilating falsehood. He teaches and teaches humanity: that our struggle is not for personal grudges, but for the establishment of the truth, so when the Jew obeyed the rule of Islam, the Prophet pledged his weapon of war with him, which he (peace be upon him) may have fought with against other fighting Jews. Peace and war, politics and economy, all are subject to what Allah the Almighty loves... a message left to us by the Prophet (peace be upon him) before his death, pledging his shield to the Jew who is subject to the rule of Islam. Not like those who pledge the Muslims and their wealth to the fighting Jews who kill their brothers and violate their sanctities in exchange for personal gains! Dr. Iyad Qunaybi
