It is painful to see the loss of respect for the legal evidence in this way. In the name of the relentless defense of the participation of "Islamists" in councils that are subject to positive legislation, and entering the Egyptian presidential race, and voting for the positive constitution that makes legislation for humans without Allah, and then the Turkish model... everything becomes justifiable and legitimized... I previously published a series titled (Defending Sharia) and many scattered episodes and articles in which I explain the prohibition of many practices that resulted from accepting to enter the structures of positive systems and the insistence on appeasing the international system. I used many verses and hadiths as evidence... but the painful and strange thing is that the response of many to all of this is ready with clichéd words: (interest requires), (compromise is necessary), (be realistic)... etc. The great tragedy that is deepening in our nation is the belittling of the legal evidence... The death of its effect, the absence of its weight in people's hearts... this tragedy did not only affect political work, but extended to various aspects of people's lives. The "Islamocrats" and their defenders have accustomed people to the fact that any verse or hadith we mention can be responded to with the phrases "interest and harm"... Therefore, the original rule in the commands of Allah and His Messenger is that they are not obligatory to abide by! All of them can be interpreted differently... and nothing remains of the religion except general moral virtues and the love of good... As for the detailed rulings, there are a thousand ways to get rid of them! Even the actions that were previously considered treason and red lines... I now see justification for them from those we considered to be on the right path. And it is no wonder, for when the reference of the Book and the Sunnah is lost, and the legal evidence loses its awe, and the return is to the whim disconnected from revelation, then every matter becomes justifiable, and what was treason yesterday becomes "interest" today, and what was a crime becomes "politics"! Some even dare, during this justification, to the position of the Prophet (peace be upon him) by claiming that he practiced something similar, and he (peace be upon him) is the purest of people from the hypocrisy of today's people and their understanding and turning (refer to the speech of the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah as evidence of not giving in). To those who will defend... you will not understand us... Because you have sanctified humans and then carried on your shoulders the justification of their actions, whatever they may be, but I and those who agree with me do not build our positions on the sanctification of so-and-so or personal hatred for so-and-so! But the sanctification of the Book and the Sunnah and adherence to the obedience of Allah and His Messenger is more precious to us than all those you sanctify... (you will remember what I say to you and I entrust my affair to Allah).
