The arrival of the disease of 'legitimacy' to the Kaaba pulpit!!

In the Holy Kaaba in Makkah, the Friday sermon preacher last week (Dr. Usama Al-Khayyat) said: (May Allah bless the ruler of this blessed land, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques - may Allah protect him - to take the wise, righteous, and correct Islamic stance, responding to the call of the legitimate president of the Republic of Yemen; to rescue the Yemeni Muslim people, and protect Yemeni lands from the aggression, tyranny, and oppression of the tyrannical aggressors who violate the legitimacy recognized locally, regionally, and internationally). Your battle does not concern me. The Houthis are criminal aggressors, just as America is the sponsor of the campaign against them! I do not care about the double standards in dealing with 'legitimacy' between Morsi and the 'Yemeni president'... But what concerns me is to purify the Sharia from the dangerous mixtures of the preacher by affirming the principle of 'legitimacy' from the pulpit of the House of Allah!! 'Legitimacy' means giving legitimacy to a system or ruler simply because the people chose him, regardless of what he rules with! But this alone is not enough for his 'legitimacy' to be 'recognized locally, regionally, and internationally'!! If America, Russia, China, France, Britain, India, and the rest of the worshippers of the cross, cows, stones, atheists, Jews, Sunnis, and Hindus recognize a president, then he is the 'legitimate president,' whose call must be answered and supported, and his throne protected, and the people subjugated to him, in the name of religion!!! (Their partners have no share in worship, and to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth, and to Him are all matters returned (136) ) (Al-An'am). If a Muslim ruler rises among the people, ruling by what Allah has revealed, showing mercy to Muslims, and fighting their enemies, he is 'not legitimate,' his call is not answered, and he is not supported because he is not recognized regionally or internationally. How can they recognize him while he is fighting them?! I expected to hear such a 'sermon' from the pulpit of the United Nations or the 'Security' Council, but not from the pulpit of the House of Allah!! If only the preacher would give another sermon explaining: What is the ruling of the 'legitimacy' of a ruler if his people elect him 'democratically' and he gains 'democratic legitimacy' from this perspective, but he is not recognized internationally? What is the ruling of his 'legitimacy' if his people hate and reject him, but the global system grants him 'legitimacy'?! What is his ruling in both cases? Obedience and submission? According to which text of the Sharia... I mean, the Sharia?! We await an answer from a member of the Council of Senior Scholars who holds a bachelor's, master's, and doctorate in Sharia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If this is your 'legitimacy,' then hold democratic elections in your country so that your rulers gain 'legitimacy,' and do not address us with: ((O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you))? For the Book of Allah also says: ((Then We made you upon a way of life, so follow it, and do not follow the desires of those who do not know)). Be consistent with yourselves and say: Democracy says, Jean-Jacques Rousseau says, the United Nations says! Allah is sufficient for us, and how excellent is the Trustee!
