The Demolishing Doctors!

How angry I get when I hear about a university professor challenging his students that they won't be able to solve his exam questions! Or mocking their intellectual abilities and making them feel stupid compared to him! And speaking to them about the "prestigious" universities he graduated from and the "bliss" he lived in in foreign countries as if he's telling his students: (I am not like you in living among you... what brought me to this "your country"!)! And like them, there are people in various jobs other than university education who feel they are buried treasures among failing societies! So let me, these demolishers, say to you: You are with demolition hammers and you don't feel it! You contribute to the system of demolishing the morale of our youth and young women. You contribute to entrenching the inferiority complex in their minds! Isn't it enough for our youth what they are exposed to in terms of systematic demolition of their morale by their enemies and their media, and by those controlling the lands of the Muslims?! And from the unknown future that awaits them with the worsening of poverty, unemployment, and the plundering of the corrupt of their countries' wealth... so you come and contribute to their demolition?! If I – O respected one – have been blessed by Allah that you received beneficial knowledge in America or Europe or elsewhere, then thank Allah (and do good as Allah has done good to you)... and use this knowledge to build the shattered psyches of our youth and give them hope again. - If you see yourself as a "successful" person, it does not suit you to be in the "land of failures"! Know that the greatest success you can achieve is to raise the aspirations of the youth and make them feel their dignity and revive hope in their hearts. - If you see yourself as a buried pearl in the lands of the Muslims, not appreciated by your job or your salary or your social status, then you can be a high beacon among your students who draw from you knowledge, determination, and good character... and thus be mentioned in the highest assembly with the Lord of the Worlds! - While there is no failure that can be "achieved" worse than your demolition of their morale. - Would you – O respected one – dare to address foreign students with the same speech you address to your Muslim brothers when you worked among them as a teaching assistant? Would you mock their intelligence or challenge them that they are worse at solving your questions?! Or has the Muslim countries that have turned into testing grounds for new weapons and dumps for nuclear waste, also turned in the minds of some into a dump for moral and psychological complexes they carry?! - Have you not heard the saying of our Prophet (peace be upon him): (It is enough evil for a man to despise his Muslim brother)... and what is more despicable than what you do? - I say this from real cases I have heard from relatives and acquaintances, and I hope my words reach the intended! - As for myself, my students classify me as a "strict" doctor, strict in preventing daydreaming in lectures and in exams, but respect is present from both sides, because my message to them is: (I am strict with you for your sake, I want to extract the best of your abilities, and I know that with Allah's permission you will succeed, I will not be stingy with you in knowledge, or explanation, or moral support, but I am very stingy in giving grades to those who do not deserve them because I do not want to be a false witness!). And I claim that my students understand these messages well and appreciate them. And I do not claim to be free from sometimes falling short and I seek forgiveness from my Lord for that. And I know that a number of my brothers working in education do what I do and more. - O doctor/professor... I beg you: turn from a demolition hammer into a spark of determination.
