The Industry of Lying Among (Our Brothers) Unfortunately!!
Commenting on my interview in the program (In Depth), one of the "brothers" wrote an article saying: (Before entering the analysis of the Al Jazeera episode, I would like to point out a very important point that many followers did not notice and thought it was a branch, although it is the crux of the matter. It was the quickest moments of the fall of the poor servant when he said that scholars should seek a contemporary fatwa regarding the application of Sharia for the current transitional phase). Here I would like to compare the speech attributed by the "brother" to the poor servant with my actual speech to see how our brothers create their illusions, then believe them and spread them. And by Allah, I do not like to delve into this speech, but it is a model of injustice and forgery practiced by "our brothers" may Allah guide them, then it spreads until it becomes accepted facts!! And I said in the conclusion of the episode: (Umar did not establish the punishment of theft during the famine by acting on Sharia, because the legal conditions of the punishment were not met. And Umar did not suspend anything from Sharia or act on his own opinion instead of it). What I presented in the In Depth program is that applying the limits such as cutting the hand of the thief in a land where Muslims are not possible in a real way is a jurisprudential issue that requires the effort of scholars to know: Does Sharia command them to apply the limits in such a case to apply them? Or does Sharia command them not to apply the limits... The question is: (What does Sharia command in this case so that we adhere to it and thus we are its executors)? It was narrated from the Prophet, peace be upon him, that he said: ((Hands are not cut in raids)), and Ibn Taymiyyah said in (Fatwas): (The establishment of limits is not achieved except by force and authority). So our question: Is this strong possible authority present or is the land a land of raids? Our friend did not understand my speech, so he thought he discovered "a very important point that many followers did not notice" according to what he said, and made it: "the crux of the matter" on which he built his article, and understood that I referred the issue of "applying Sharia" to scholars, while I had published two days before an article entitled (Do not say applying Sharia but establishing Sharia, why?) in which I explained that the Muslim is obliged to establish Sharia in all cases, in empowerment and weakness. Then "our brother" considered that this was the quickest moments of the free fall of the poor servant. So he built his conclusions that the poor servant: (considered Sharia incapable), and then: (diminishing from one who does not know who rules and there is no one to question his ruling, exalted be He from what they plot) as He said. And thus the matter began with a lack of understanding and poor comprehension of the poor servant's speech, and ended with accusing him of diminishing Allah the Most High, the Wise!!!!! Even "the brother" considered his "discovery" a new evidence of "the difference between the projects presented on the Syrian scene" to prove that his group's project is the correct one, while the projects of others are falling like their owners!! As if I, with a brother like this, sits and listens to his opponent and has blocked prejudice from his heart understanding, so when he heard a phrase and misunderstood it, he flew with it happily until he sat on his device, so every time he wrote a sentence to drop his brothers he liked it and thought it was an inspiration from Allah! And it is nothing but the blowing of Satan and his breath, so his voice continues to rise until he reaches what others build on to excommunicate those he dropped because he (diminishes from one who rules and there is no one to question his ruling)!!!! With the reminder that the poor servant made his banner that he raises the defense of Sharia and published in that a series (Support for Sharia) and dozens of articles and scattered words that all show the necessity of establishing Sharia and the crime of surrendering it to the opinions of men and under the pretext of interest and harm. Despite that, all of this is not considered by the brother, and my call did not make him listen to the speech again to correct his understanding! Knowing that the brother began his article by saying: (Often, the opponents of the state accuse its supporters of dropping their opponents, so the supporter of the state is considered respected and honored, and the critic of it is in their balance has fallen so where is the truth?? And I will address this claim through the study of a specific case, which is the meeting of the program (In Depth) yesterday with the duo Hajazi and Qunaybi .. So read and consider) Yes, consider! Consider how illusions become reality! Consider how debauchery is in enmity! Consider how brothers of the creed are dropped as a result of lack of understanding and comprehension! Consider how the dignity of opponents is violated and their reputation is attacked! Consider how to outbid people in issues that consume their lives and bear hardship for them. Consider how to support a project by dropping all other projects and accusing them of being infiltrated, polluted, and deviated. Consider how the one who supported jihad and was imprisoned for his support (an enemy of the Mujahideen)! Consider how this lack of understanding made the poor servant who shouted repeatedly: (Do not fire the first shot), how he became in their eyes the one who fired it and the partner in the blood that was shed!!! Consider when you hear after a month a phrase that is repeated on the tongues of some "brothers": "Qunaybi says establishing Sharia needs a fatwa of scholars" or "Qunaybi is against Sharia"... And perhaps they hesitate to pray behind the poor servant due to the presence of "a suspicion of disbelief"!... Then if you asked them where this came from, they would tell you: "The speech is documented and exists in his interview as narrated by the trustworthy"... Consider then the source of these lies and fabrications that compete with the lies of Al Arabiya Channel! Consider indeed! And by Allah, I did not want to publish this article, for I do not like the style of response, and responding to the response. But I contacted the "brother" and clarified to him and asked him to refrain from his injustice and withdraw his article, but he published a clarification but insisted not to retreat from what he said until I withdrew my articles in "the state"!! So I said to him: (My brother, in my site (Al-Furqan) you will find all my articles and words. So I ask you to specify for me a place where I distorted the state group what I did not say. Then if you teach me the evidence that "the oppressor" is allowed to oppress him, so that we do not retreat from what we attributed to someone without right because we believe that he is also an oppressor!) So he insisted after all that and continued to publish his slander. So if the matter was only a lack of comprehension, the speech would have been easy, but with that stubbornness and insistence on falsehood and justifying the oppression of those who imagine one of them to be an oppressor! Darkness upon darkness, if the truth appears, one of them hardly sees it. And to Allah is the complaint. I ask Allah to open my heart and all our hearts to what He loves and is pleased with. And if the "brother" or others respond, I will not enter with him in the cycle of response and response to the response. My writings are published in public, so whoever has a mind let him review them, and whoever has rented his mind to others, thank him in advance for the good deeds that he will guide me to on a day when there is no dirham nor dinar, but it is the requital of good and evil deeds.
