Spouses who constantly quarrel or who live a marital life without affection do not know what they sow daily in the hearts of their children in terms of extremely bad effects!

Your children might shun marriage because of you, and "disbelieve" in the institution of the family, as they see marriage as costs and responsibilities, then no tranquility, no affection, and no mercy.

Then they might shun the Sharia which made marriage the only legitimate outlet for instinctual drives!... out of ignorance on their part of the distinction between the principle and the bad application.

Indeed, how many a girl has turned away from the male gender, and even fallen into deviation of instinct... and the gloomy, miserable, dry atmosphere in the house played a role in that.

You realize then the wisdom of Allah Almighty when He said: (Then [either] keep [her] in an acceptable manner or release [her] with good treatment)... There is no third option... The option of a frozen marriage and a life devoid of affection under one roof is worse than a separation that contains sophistication and kindness.

None of this is a justification for children if they deviate... for every sane adult is responsible for their actions... but we say to fathers and mothers: Fear Allah regarding your children!
