In some Arab countries, the official authorities impose a unified sermon on preachers with the topic:

"Patience with little money, trying to earn a living by all means, and the prohibition of suicide".

Then verses and hadiths are provided for them to derive from.

Do not be surprised if you see the general congregation listening while being repulsed! Not out of hatred for the verses and hadiths, God forbid, but out of hatred for the use of religion in this way!

It is more appropriate for the preacher to speak about how Islam commands the Muslim to defend his money if someone comes to plunder it, it is more appropriate for him to speak about the sin of those who eat public money unjustly until they have tightened the livelihood of the people, blackened the view of the youth for the future, closed the doors on them, and pushed some of them to despair and suicide. The suicide bomber is not excused, but the thieves of public money are not less sinful than him.
