This beautiful innocent child in the picture is "Star Hobson"..her mother gave birth to her from a man she was in a relationship with, then separated from him and lived with her "girlfriend". This girlfriend subjected the child to all kinds of psychological and physical abuse for months, and finally killed her at age 16 months after a brutal fatal beating that included skull fractures..as the BBC published.
