Ibn Hazm says in Al-Muhalla: (There is no sin after disbelief greater than the sin of one who forbids jihad against the disbelievers and commands to surrender the sanctities of Muslims to them because of the sinfulness of a Muslim man who is not held accountable for anyone else's sinfulness). How about you, O Ibn Hazm, if you saw those who fight in the ranks of the disbelievers against Muslims, indeed against Islam itself, taking the sinfulness of some Muslims as a pretext?!
