The occupier used to imprison us... So we looked at him as an occupier and knew he was our enemy and sought to free ourselves from him... But through generations he managed to remove the shackle from our hands and bind our hearts with it... Then he opened the prison door and left... We looked...thought we were free, but found our lives to be slaves' lives! There's nothing in the scene except us and remnants of religion, so some attributed the failure to us and to it! And looked at the (distant) occupier with admiration! So the first step to solution: breaking the shackles from the heart, correcting thought, and liberating the soul.
