The sincere advisor to the mujahideen should not be like one lying in wait to see what they will do in trials and attempts at manipulation and containment: - Will they commit, persevere and remain steadfast so he applauds them without suffering what they suffered! - Or will they slip so he unsheathes his sword upon them and lashes them with sharp tongues! Rather the role of the sincere advisor is to assist his brothers by working to unite their word, then endearing their Islamic cause to the common people and gathering hearts around them so that people will stand in their ranks when trials occur, thus helping his brothers to be patient and steadfast.
