(He selects for His mercy whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty) You raise your hands to supplicate...your soul tells you: someone better than you supplicated and Allah did not answer them...tell it: It is Allah! (He selects for His mercy whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty) (He is not questioned about what He does, but they will be questioned) (Indeed, Allah provides for whom He wills without account)... For He may give me even though He did not give someone better than me, and His not giving what they wished may be better for them...and yet He will fully recompense their reward in the way He wills the Exalted... The important thing: supplicate to Allah with great hope, and do not let what you see of people's condition prevent you.
