Showing your pride in Islam is one of the most important duties in this time... even if you are deficient, even if you are deficient and adorned. Yes... for the war on Islam requires all its sons and daughters to confront it, no matter what sins and transgressions they have...
The international system and its agents in Muslim countries strive every new day to erase a landmark of Islam, fight a ritual, attack a sanctity, impose a law, and distort the pages of curricula, and their goal is clear: ("And they will continue to fight you until they turn you away from your religion if they are able").
What makes them hasten to strip people of their religion or slow down and hesitate? What they see of the remaining life... if they find in their heat scales the heat of faith, they will reduce something of their evil, and if they see cold nerves and dead hearts, they will continue. In the face of this onslaught, everyone is required to confront... even the owners of the greatest sins who are still on Islam, we advise them internally as Muslims, and we may be strict with each other in advice as one hand rubs the other to wash their dirt, but we are one front against our enemies.
Show your Islam, show your pride in it, your glorification, love, and readiness to sacrifice for it... Are you a teacher in a school? A doctor in a university? A manager in a company? Start your lessons/lectures/meetings in the name of Allah and the prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, pray and invite those around you from your students/colleagues to pray with you, show your anger if the religion is mocked in front of you or its sanctities are violated... no matter how deficient and sinful you are, you are thereby not deceiving yourself but performing part of your duty in showing your religion even if you are deficient in other aspects...
Are you a student? Show the rituals of the religion even if you are deficient, a drinker of alcohol, a disobedient to parents, or adorned... all of this and you show the rituals of the religion?! Yes, you may say: but the one who is proud of his religion and glorifies it does not commit these sins that you mention... Indeed! Good and evil, righteousness and corruption gather... ("And for all are degrees of what they have done"). You show the religion not to convince yourself that you have done what is required of you and exempt yourself from leaving sins, but you have done wrong in one aspect and corrected in another, so you hope thereby that Allah will compensate you with His mercy and help you to reform yourself, and that you will be among the people of His saying, exalted be He: ("And others have confessed their sins, mixing a righteous deed and another evil. Perhaps Allah will forgive them")... and do not pay attention to the mockery of the mockers nor to the saying of those who say: "Have you become a sheikh/old woman?!"... but hold fast and be filled with the spirit of pride and see how you will raise the spirits with it by Allah's permission.
Allah has legislated for us the raising of the call to prayer, the takbeer of Eid, and the joy of Eid to show the religion and for Him to know that this is what raises the spirits, instills pride, and strengthens faith. And the enemies of Islam want us to walk as exiles in our lands and live as strangers in our countries... so do not obey them and know that you are the true obedient to Allah and they are the intruders... ("Indeed, the earth belongs to Allah. He causes to inherit it whom He wills of His servants. And the [best] outcome is for the righteous").
So show your religion.
