Educators emphasize the need to praise the appearance of your son or daughter. This enhances their self-image and acceptance and makes them love themselves. No matter what their appearance is, they are indeed beautiful and handsome, as Allah says: ("And We have certainly created you, and to that you will be returned"). Teach them that they are beautiful as they are, and not to compare themselves to those with hollow forms among singing and acting celebrities, who take care of their outer shells without their inner selves and hearts.

At the same time, do not exaggerate in talking about the beauty of your son or daughter... because that teaches them that appearance is the standard, the measure of distinction. They will then exaggerate in caring about it.

This is in addition to the mistake of mothers, especially in exaggerating in talking about the beauty of this or that who is not their children... so you see her talking to her friend or relative in front of her children about the beauty of so-and-so and so-and-so.... which builds in the children that the measure of distinction is this, and that their concern should be directed towards it, and from it begins psychological complexes and self-rejection, and even anger at Allah's decree sometimes!
