We say to the Muslim woman who does not work at "Microsoft" or "Google" or any major company, but rather dedicates herself to raising her children and being a comfort to her husband: Do not feel, O righteous Muslim woman, that you are any less than "Ibtihal."
If you raise your sons and daughters to have good reliance on Allah, to speak the truth without fearing the blame of critics, to prioritize the Hereafter over this world, and to fear meeting their Lord, Glorified and Exalted be He, while there is the blood of a Muslim on their necks; then you are thereby producing for the nation of Islam men and women like Ibtihal.
And it is not necessary that your fame be spread throughout the worlds, as long as the Lord of the worlds is attentive to you and aware of your effort.
