Clarification for Everything Final Competition
Parts 27-30 mainly
Parts 27-30 mainly
In the name of God, all praise is due to God, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of God. This is the final session of the third season of the Ramadan quiz "Tabyanan Likkulli Shay'." We have reviewed with you the previous eighteen episodes during the month of Ramadan, then we paused during the last ten days, and now we return to ask questions focusing on the last parts of the Noble Quran.
We welcome our brothers who are following us on Facebook and YouTube, and we remind you that this quiz is beneficial for everyone who attends. Through it, we aim to ignite the enthusiasm of the participants, especially the leaders whose names we will announce soon, God willing. Everyone who attends and benefits is a winner by the permission of God the Almighty.
We have nine questions in this final session, so let's begin with God's blessing.
Question: In the hadith that some scholars authenticated about the Prophet peace be upon him and others attributed to Ali may God be pleased with him: "Love your beloved lightly, for perhaps he will be your enemy one day, and hate your enemy lightly, for perhaps he will be your beloved one day." Mention a verse from the last four parts of the Quran that contains the meaning of the second part of the hadith: "And hate your enemy lightly, for perhaps he will be your beloved one day."
Answer: The verse is His saying, may He be exalted: "Perhaps Allah will put between you and those whom you hate among them affection. And Allah is Powerful and Allah is Forgiving and Merciful" [Al-Mumtahinah: 7].
This affection may be realized when these disbelievers embrace Islam, and the hearts unite upon the truth and monotheism, and Allah is Able to guide them and unite the hearts as He said in other verses: "And He has united your hearts so that you may become brothers by His favor."
Question: Whenever an atheist or polytheist dies, I see people who allow him to enter Paradise. Mention a verse from today's parts (27, 28, 29, 30) that clarifies that this is an unjust and strange ruling that God, the Glorified and Exalted, is far above accepting.
Answer: The verse is His saying, may He be exalted: "Shall We treat those who believe and do righteous deeds like corrupters in the land? Or should they be equal?" [Al-Qalam: 35-36].
God, the Glorified and Exalted, made it a binary division; either a person submits to God and obeys Him, or a person is a criminal who has wronged himself by abandoning monotheism. It is injustice and tyranny to equate those who submit to God in servitude with those who disbelieve in Him, even if they claim humanity, because the greatest matters are the oneness of God, the Glorified and Exalted.
Question: A word from today's parts meaning "the travelers."
Answer: The word is "Al-Muqwin" in His saying, may He be exalted: "We have made it a reminder and a provision for the travelers" [Al-Waqi'ah: 73].
The Muqwin are the travelers who benefit from the fire during their journey for illumination, cooking, and warmth, and it is also a reminder of the Fire of the Hereafter at the same time.
Question: Among good deeds are those that have more reward in one situation and less reward in other situations. The Muslim should strive to perform these deeds at times when they are most needed. Mention two verses in two different places from the last four parts that indicate this meaning.
Answer:
Spending before the conquest was at a time of difficulty and need, and feeding on a day of famine (extreme hunger) has a greater reward than others, indicating that the wise believer seeks the times of greatest need to increase his reward.
Question: Mention a verse from the last four parts whose understanding is clear if it is considered that the Prophet's invitation to people was with sufficient proofs that establish the argument against them.
Answer: The verse is His saying, may He be exalted: "And what is the matter with you that you do not believe in Allah while the Messenger calls you to believe in your Lord, and He has taken a covenant from you, if you should be believers?" [Al-Hadid: 8].
The meaning here is: "And the Messenger calls you (with sufficient proofs and arguments)," so you have no excuse for disbelief after the argument is established and the proofs are clear, and your insistence afterward is mere stubbornness and obstinacy.
Question: Four words describing the disbelievers as confused and fluctuating in their positions, with no fixed direction or decision.
Answer: The words are: "So they are in a matter fluctuating" [Qaf: 5].
The fluctuating is the confused; they did not settle on one description of the Quran, sometimes saying it is magic, sometimes myths, sometimes poetry or madness, indicating their confusion and lack of stability on a principle.
Question: The company of the righteous is a great good for those who are affected by them, but for those who prefer to remain in a state of misguidance, there is no benefit in that company. Mention six words from a verse that indicate this meaning.
Answer: The words are: "But they did not benefit them at all from Allah" [At-Tahrim: 10].
This is regarding the wife of Noah and the wife of Lot; despite being under two righteous servants (prophets), this company and proximity did not benefit them at all because they preferred disbelief and betrayal of the religion.
Question: A word mentioned regarding the believers and the disbelievers in the same surah, raised and declined, mentioned in the hadith: "By My Might, I do not combine for My servant two fears and two securities..." What is this word?
Answer: The word is "Mushfiqoon" and "Mushfiqeen" in Surah Ash-Shura:
Question: The disbeliever is arrogant about following the truth and is rewarded with humiliation in the punishment of Hell. Mention a word from the last five parts that indicates this.
Answer: The word is "Al-Hun" in His saying, may He be exalted: "So today you will be recompensed with the punishment of humiliation for what you used to be arrogant upon the earth without right" [Al-Ahqaf: 20].
Al-Hun is humiliation and disgrace, and it is a fitting retribution for their arrogance in this world.
With this, we reach the end of the questions for the final session of the third season. We thank all the participants and interactors, and we ask Allah to make this work among the good deeds. We will announce the names of the winners soon, God willing.
May Allah accept from us and from you, and make us among those who listen to the word and follow the best of it. We bid you farewell until we meet again in good health, and peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
