Introduction to the Survey and Its Objectives
Peace be upon you. On the 4th of April, meaning two weeks ago, I published a survey with the following question: "The criminals of the earth strive to make Gaza a lesson for anyone who dares to reject their injustice and enslavement, and this is one of the reasons for their relentless crimes. The question is: Have they succeeded in their goal? Please answer for yourself in reality, not what should be the case, nor what you see in your acquaintances, have they succeeded in their goal with you?"
56,848 people, meaning approximately 57,000 brothers and sisters, responded to the survey. What was the result, I wonder? We collected the results from YouTube, Telegram, and WhatsApp, and they were as follows:
Survey Results: Has the Spirit Been Broken?
- First Option: "Yes, I now feel extreme fear and despair at any attempt to achieve dignity and honor." The percentage who chose this option was 3.8%, meaning about four out of every hundred.
- Second Option: "No, but I have become more determined to lift the humiliation from my nation and to seek the means to do so." The percentage who chose this option was 90.7%, meaning about ninety-one out of every hundred of those who responded to the survey.
- Third Option: "Other than what is mentioned above," and the percentage who chose this option was 5.5%.
This survey is important, my brothers. I know in advance that it may not represent all Muslims; because the nature of those who follow the platforms of this poor servant does not represent all Muslims in the same proportions. However, it is still a survey with important implications, and the results are truly encouraging.
The Enemy's Objectives and the Weapon of Intimidation
Our enemies, the disbelievers, hypocrites, and criminal traitors, want to subjugate us, destroy our psyches, and make us accept humiliation and domestication. Therefore, they excel in criminality and have no problem broadcasting images of suffering on the stations. Their goal has only been achieved in 4% of the cases.
Allah the Almighty says: "{It is only Satan who frightens his allies; so do not fear them, but fear Me, if you are [indeed] believers}." "His allies" here is the object of the verb, meaning Satan frightens the believers with his allies. So what does our Lord command us then? He says: "{So do not fear them, but fear Me, if you are [indeed] believers}."
Are you a believer? Do you believe in a Lord who is great, perfect in all attributes, mighty, dominant over everything, and all-powerful? If you are truly such, then do not fear these thugs, these wretched creatures who eat, use the toilet, get sick, die, and are eaten by worms. Instead, follow the path of those who {convey the messages of Allah and fear Him and fear no one except Allah. And sufficient is Allah as an accountant}.
Dealing with Reservations and the Field Reality
Someone may say: "But brother, they should have prepared more, and there was a mistake in this and that, and they led their people into a battle they cannot bear" and so on. I think this is one of the reasons why 5.5% of the survey respondents chose "Other than what is mentioned above"; because they have reservations about the Al-Aqsa Flood from its foundation.
So we say, brothers: This is not our topic now, regardless of the assessment of the work done at the beginning. We are now facing a war between Muslims and disbelievers, so do not let your reservations or questions prevent you from taking the necessary position from the obligation to support your brothers, and the obligation to beware lest what your enemies want from frightening you and subjugating you deceives you.
You may say: "We need to learn the lessons for the upcoming battles and prepare differently," all of this is open to discussion, but it is not right for the conclusion to be: "We should kneel, submit, listen, and obey." You may say: "But brother, they must distinguish themselves from the Rafidi project that is rampant in the creed and blood of Muslims and from others who are people of falsehood, otherwise this confusion may deprive them of victory," all of this does not mean that you allow your enemies to weaken your spirit and bind it, and bring you to despair from just thinking about liberating yourselves from them.
Fear of these people leads to obeying them, and if we obey them, the loss is in this world and the hereafter: "{O you who have believed, if you obey a faction of those who were given the Scripture, they would make you disbelievers after your belief. And how could you disbelieve while to you are being recited the verses of Allah and among you is His Messenger. And whoever holds firmly to Allah has indeed been [rightly] guided to a straight path}."
Message to the 91% Who Stand Firm
Then, a message to the ninety-one percent who chose "No, but I have become more determined to lift the humiliation from my nation and to seek the means to do so," we say to them: May Allah reward you well, you have done well, and this indicates that you have imbibed the honor of Islam and it has mingled with your spirits, flesh, and blood, and that the Quran educates you and leaves a deep impression on your personalities as you recite His saying: "{If Allah should aid you, then no one can overcome you; but if He forsook you, who is there that can aid you after Him? And upon Allah let the believers rely}."
And His saying: "{If a wound should touch you - there has already touched the [other] people a wound the like of that which you have suffered. And these days [of varying circumstances] We alternate among the people, that Allah may make evident those who believe and take to Himself from among you martyrs, and Allah does not like the wrongdoers} {And that Allah may purify the believers [through trials] and destroy the disbelievers} {Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while such trial has not yet come to you as came to those before you? They were touched by hardship and distress and were shaken, until the messenger and those who believed with him said, "When will be the help of Allah?" Unquestionably, the help of Allah is near}."
You, the honorable ones, know that Allah with these events tests those who believe in Gaza and outside of it, and that He, the Exalted, looks at our positions, patience, steadfastness, and the works of our hearts. So, the good news to you is the saying of Allah the Exalted, so strive with what you can, and if you cannot strive with yourselves, then strive against your desires and lusts, and strive against the hypocrites and those who nullify the truth, and strive with your tongues and pens, and strive with your knowledge and determination to strengthen your nation in all fields that contribute to lifting the humiliation from it.
If you do that, then Allah the Exalted will guide you to the ways of supporting His religion, and the ways of your success in this world and the hereafter, and He will be with you, and whoever is with Allah has nothing to fear: {And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good}. Your role now, honorable ones, is to turn feelings into projects, with patience, perseverance, and certainty.
Closing Message to the Enemies
Finally, a message to our enemies who persist in their crimes against our people in Gaza to instill fear in the hearts of Muslims: You have seen - may Allah disappoint you - from the results of the survey that your goal has not been achieved, but rather you increase the Muslims' hatred and determination to heal their hearts from you.
And we ask Allah for you, O the disappointed and failed ones, that He increases your disappointment, and that you will be among those about whom Allah said: {Indeed, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to avert [the path of] Allah. So they will spend it; then it will be for them a regret; and they will be overcome. And those who disbelieve - unto Hell they will be herded} {That Allah may distinguish the wicked from the good and place the wicked, some of them upon others and heap them all together, and put them into Hell. Those are the losers}.
And we ask Allah to steadfast us and the Muslims upon what He loves until we meet Him. Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah.
