Enough Pain!
Enough Pain!
Introduction: The Vortex of Pain and Disgust
Peace be upon you. A state of disgust, avoidance, and boredom has afflicted many of us with the scenes that shatter the heart daily from the ongoing massacre in Gaza. To the point where you might say, "Enough, enough, enough pain! What can I do? I don't want to see or know what is happening." So, you distance yourself from the news, then feel guilty, then return to follow, then distance yourself again, and so on.
This vortex, my brothers, this vortex and pain can be exploited to silence the mouth of anyone who tries to revive the cause of our brothers, to the extent that merely talking about what they are exposed to becomes forbidden or a reason for accountability. And you may find at that time even among the general Muslims those who support this prohibition, considering it to be destructive and painful voices without benefit. The result is that our brothers are left to be annihilated in silence, as if it is said to them, "Die without disturbing us," so that upon them is gathered with the bitterness of abandonment the bitterness of forgetting.
A Message to Those Who Spread Painful News
Here, we address a message to those who spread clips and painful news while being outside Gaza and without seeking the benefit of your brothers and your nation with it. Wretched is the intention and wretched is the trade in suffering. And if you want to support your brothers with it, do not direct a single message to everyone, peoples and decision-makers, those who are eager and those who are negligent, those who are oppressed and those who conspire.
Do not direct a message to everyone: "Where are you, O Muslims? Where are you, O nation of billions?" For this does not add much to the sincere and suffering except destruction and paralysis from practicing the duties required of them, which increases their weakness and that of their nation and does not benefit our brothers in Gaza in any way. While the traitors and conspirators are not benefited by the call of "And where are you," for their hearts are locked, they are like stones or more severe.
Specific Goals for Effective Publishing
Rather, publishing should have specific goals:
- Exposing the criminals' masks: Expose the masks of the criminals, the enslavers of peoples, and their tails.
- Disturbing those who claim belonging to the nation: Disturb those who claim belonging to this nation and who consecrate that we have no concern except with our country.
- Reminding the grateful to the oppressors: Remind with these scenes and news, remind those who are grateful to those who crush their brothers, because he restores them and promises them economic well-being.
- Moving the hearts of the heedless: Move the hearts of those who have returned to their heedlessness and sins after the spirit of faith had entered them at the beginning of the events.
- Awakening the deceived: Awaken every heedless person who is deceived by those who fight the rest of the good in Muslim societies and label the reformers with the words of extremism and bigotry, while their hands drip with partnership in blood.
Channeling Intense Emotions to Their Rightful Paths
Scenes of pain and news of suffering ignite emotions, so channel them to their rightful paths and do not let them burn the souls. This is only achieved by invoking the pleasure of Allah the Almighty in what we publish and seeking truly beneficial influence. Rather, you should do what you can, and Allah knows the corrupt from the reformer, with persistent, long-breathing work, which may not decide the current battle, but in the end, it is inevitable to break the shackles of our nation.
The Aspect of Heroism and Dignity
And we should not forget an important matter, my brothers, as there is a lump in the throat and severe pain, there is heroism, dignity, and pain for the criminals that has continued much longer than expected from the material data, despite the abandonment, conspiracy, and gathering of evil forces against them. Neglecting this aspect hurts the souls and makes one feel helpless. So, let us not forget: "If you are afflicted, then they are afflicted as you are afflicted, and you seek from Allah what they do not seek, and Allah is Knowing, Wise."
Conclusion: A Prayer for the People of Gaza
Finally, this speech is addressed to those who spread images of suffering from outside Gaza as mentioned. As for our people in Gaza who call out, "Where are you, O Muslims?" We ask Allah the Almighty to help us in your victory, a victory that lifts from us the sin of abandonment, and that He may relieve your grief and increase your reward. And Allah is the one sought for help. Peace be upon you.
