Brothers and sisters, follow along with us in this segment as we add to it. Of course, before I continue anything and before I speak about more verses and hadiths, the person listening to us falls into one of three categories:
If you have doubt, then go and resolve the matter—this is best for you. We are not talking about losing a game on PlayStation, or on your phone, or losing a football match, or losing a thousand dinars. We are talking about eternal life in Paradise or in the Fire.
Go and resolve your matter. Learn, read, follow scientific series, and ask the people of knowledge. You who have not yet resolved your matter—have you considered the magnitude of what you stand to lose by clinging to "perhaps"? Does it make sense that the Quran and the hadiths are all not true?
Reflect on the words of God the Exalted in Surah Al-Waqi’ah:
Do you then wonder at this recitation (the Quran)? And you laugh at it and weep not at all? Do you then wonder while you are heedless? So prostrate to Allah and worship [Him]. (Translation of the meaning)
After this episode, by the grace of God, many people expressed deep emotion and repented from the grave sin of cursing the Lord, the Exalted, or mocking His religion. One follower says, "Even if my head were cut off, I would never again mention God or His Messenger with ill intent." Another says, "I cried throughout the episode and vowed to God to repent so I would never commit this crime again." A third says, "I never committed this crime, but after the episode, I decided to quit [anime] and reevaluated all my dealings with God."
Look at what these people were granted through "Allah said and His Messenger said"—they were granted repentance, a softened heart, reverence for God, and a path to eternal happiness if they remain steadfast in faith and repentance.
Meanwhile, you, O skeptic, may hear the same words but not be moved in the slightest—because an inner voice lulls you into saying, "Perhaps the words are not true," and then you leave this "perhaps" without investigation or resolution. As Al-Hasan Al-Basri said, "What a wretched thing some people have chosen for themselves—they have not been granted from the Book of God except denial."

This is the "livelihood" you have attained: denial or doubt! Imagine a scene of people rushing toward a mountain of gold, each carrying as much as they can, while the loser stands back and says, "No, this is not gold," and turns away, leaving only with denial.
You spent 14 years in school and five years in university for a worldly certificate, but will you not exert the effort for eternal happiness or eternal misery? If you have questions, face them and seek answers. Do not let your life pass while you postpone the most important question within it… resolve your matter.
