Testing the live broadcast before launching a new talk.
Peace be upon you and God’s mercy, dear brothers. I am not accustomed to streaming through the YouTube platform, so this is an experiment in live broadcasting. If we manage to get the technical aspects right, we will soon begin with a few words related to an article I published yesterday.
The reactions to that article have shown that the scale of the problem is larger than I imagined—specifically, the issue of children and young people being deterred from mosques.
I am now checking the technical aspects. It seems there are no comments at the moment, and I do not know if anyone is currently with us in this broadcast. Oh, yes, people have started joining the stream now.
Please bear with me for a few seconds while we ensure the audio and video are of excellent quality. How is the audio and video, everyone? Is it good? It is strange that all the comments are appearing in English—I wonder why that is, since our audience is originally Arabic-speaking.
In any case, some are writing “Excellent” and “ممتاز” (excellent), so it seems the audio and video are in good condition.
Now that everything appears to be in order, God willing, this could be a good start to conducting more live broadcasts instead of always recording in front of the camera. Live streaming helps break the barrier of hesitation and the love of perfectionism (which I have previously mentioned I struggle with).
We will conclude this trial broadcast here. God willing, we will soon announce the official broadcast where we will discuss the topic we began with.
Peace be upon you.
