Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings, dear attendees and our followers on Facebook and YouTube. May Allah bless you in the month of Ramadan, and may He help us and you to perform acceptable worship.
Dear attendees, this video is a live broadcast for two purposes:
Brothers who followed us in the previous Ramadans know - by the permission of Allah - the importance and benefit of this competition, and its great impact on understanding the Quran and connecting it to reality in a new way. We have held this competition and brothers from around the world, from dozens of countries, participated in it, and by the grace of Allah, it had a positive effect.
This Ramadan, we will proceed in the same way; that is, I will ask a question or a specific meaning, or a situation you might encounter, then I will say to you:
You search in "the part of the day" that you have read to come up with an answer to this question. The brother who provides the answer first will have his name recorded, and at the end of the month, whoever accumulates the most points will win prizes, as we did last Ramadan by presenting shields of honor to the winners.
We will try to shorten the competition more than in previous seasons on YouTube and Facebook at the same time. Starting today, dear attendees, our meeting will be at 6:30 PM Mecca time (and also Oman time), that is, after about four hours from now, by the permission of Allah the Most High.
(Technical Note: We apologize to our brothers on YouTube for the problem of the image flipping at the beginning, and we will work to fix it so that everything is exactly at 6:30 PM.)
The second point, dear attendees, is that we announced yesterday about the book "Muta'at Al-Tadabbur". This book includes the questions and answers from the previous two Ramadans of the competition "Tabyanan Lekull Shay'," with some revision and organization.
I highly recommend you acquire the book, which is an electronic book available to everyone for free. We ask Allah to reward the brothers who helped us in its publication with the best reward. The book is very beneficial, as you will find the question and then move to the answer, and we will provide you with the link in the comments or in the description of this video, by the permission of Allah the Most High.
Regarding the links, some brothers complained that the link does not work, so today we have provided you with a third detailed (non-shortened) link to ensure that everyone reaches the book. I repeat: the book has no price; it is available for free to everyone.
We await you at 6:30 PM starting today and every day in Ramadan, by the permission of Allah. I hope you invite your friends and encourage them to attend this competition and join it; for there is nothing greater than that we contemplate the book of our Lord, glorified and exalted be He, learn it, connect it to our lives, resolve disputes, and answer questions through His verses, glorified and exalted be He.
{Do they not then contemplate the Quran? And if it had been from other than Allah, they would surely have found therein much contradiction.} (Quran 4:82)
{A blessed Book which We have revealed to you, that they might contemplate its verses, and that those of understanding might remember.} (Quran 38:29)
