Firstly, it means that America and global powers declare that any project to establish an Islamic state is a terrorist project, especially if it is accompanied by jihad. In the details of the news, American officials said that Jabhat al-Nusra calls for the establishment of an Islamic state in Syria. Therefore, this is their accusation.
On the other hand, America oversees democratic elections in the Islamic world and calls on moderates to come to power to tighten the noose on jihadi groups, then incites its secular and liberal agents to subdue them, weaken their credibility, and overthrow the Islamic model from the eyes of the people. And here are the events of Egypt still ongoing. A plot in any case, and they are still fighting you until they turn you away from your religion if they can.
Main Consequences
First: America Declares Any Jihadi Islamic Project as Terrorist
This declaration is a preparation to tighten the noose on the mujahideen in Syria and on everyone who supports them materially or morally, as the anti-terrorism law imposed by America on Arab countries and applied by Arab countries in their courts is applied to them all.
Suddenly, the symbols of pride, the crowns of the heads, the helpers of Allah who sacrifice their lives and wealth for the sake of Allah, the defenders of the honor of the free women of Syria, those who break the weak, those who wipe the tears from the orphan, become terrorists by a decision of the great terrorist state to apply laws and articles to them, including Article 118 with three penalties, which stipulates the following:
"Anyone who leaves the country with the intention of joining an armed group or terrorist organizations, or anyone who recruits or trains one or more persons inside or outside the country with the intention of joining any of these groups, shall be punished with temporary hard labor for a period of not less than five years."
The act of departure is represented by crossing the country's borders for this purpose. As for the act of recruitment, it includes either convincing one or more persons to join terrorist groups and organizations, or providing financial, material, or moral support to this person or these persons. Financial assistance includes all forms of money transfer, while material assistance includes material assistance such as guiding them to ways of reaching armed groups or terrorist organizations, or securing communication with others for this purpose. Moral support is represented by providing advice and convincing them to pay the idea of jihad and supporting this work in all aspects, of course, religiously.
Brothers, if we reach a stage where we betray our brothers and do not support them materially or morally out of fear of the conspirators who are oppressed by the rule of Allah, then by Allah, the inside of the earth is better for us than its outside. And the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Let none of you prevent from speaking the truth if he sees or hears it, for he will not be brought near to Paradise nor will he be kept away from provision if he speaks the truth or mentions the great."
And if you fear and betray your brothers and fall into a predicament, do not expect Allah to support you or send someone to defend you. He, peace be upon him, said: "Whoever does not participate in jihad or prepare for a fighter or support a fighter in his family with good, Allah will afflict him with a calamity before the Day of Judgment." Allah is more deserving of our fear, and as for the plots of humans, Allah is the best protector and the most merciful of the merciful.
Second: Tightening the Noose on the Mujahideen and Their Supporters
Including Al-Nusra on the terrorism list means targeting every mujahid in Syria. They kill whoever they can reach of the mujahideen from any brigade or faction, then say this is from the terrorist Al-Nusra Front. Once the barrier is broken and killing is justified, there is no limit they will not reach.
Third: Targeting Every Mujahid in Syria
The conspirators will prepare the atmosphere to fight our mujahideen brothers. One of their methods is the internet and social media sites. You will see someone saying, "Whoever wants to wage jihad should wage jihad in Palestine against the Jews, not in Syria to kill Muslims." They have said this about the Khawarij. Suddenly, our brothers become Khawarij killing Muslims.
It is expected that a large number in the black circles of the West and its followers will devote themselves to this evil effort, and they will write their comments with Arab and Islamic names, because they supported the religion of Allah and waged jihad with the Messenger of Allah. Our mujahideen brothers in Syria have had an honorable record throughout the past period, and they have been very careful and keen to avoid and rectify mistakes. Any mistake in a statement or ijtihad is dissolved in the sea of their jihad, sacrifice, and patience, and the dust of one of their noses is better than those who declare enmity to every Islamic project.
At such a time, it is required to show the greatest support for the mujahideen with courage and bravery and without hesitation, because the forces of disbelief, if they feel that the mujahideen have infiltrated the entity of their nation and spread in the veins of their body, they will count a thousand times before targeting them, and they will not dare unless they succeed in tarnishing their reputation and isolating them from their nation.
Fourth: Preparing the Atmosphere to Fight the Mujahideen Media
The coalition and those who deal with the West diplomatically will find themselves involved in tarnishing the image of the mujahideen, even if it is for the sake of justifying themselves. When the Western powers announce the placement of the mujahideen on the terrorism list, then meet with the coalition in a conference of friends of Syria and plan and consult with them, what, O honorable coalition? The arrow has been straightened, no one will let you go except within a comprehensive plan to fight the mujahideen and establish the sectarian state they want, which we spoke about in the previous speech.
They do not care to preserve your faces, but they want to reach a stage where they meet with you and their planes bomb your brothers. So whoever among you is truly honorable, let him announce his boycott of every meeting, every planning, and every understanding with those who consider the mujahideen terrorists.

And we say to our mujahideen brothers: avoid confrontation with the coalition, and we know that you do. Perhaps those among them who have Islamic honor in their hearts will withdraw from their coalition in the coming days and announce their solidarity with their brothers.
Advice and Guidance
A Call to Support the Mujahideen
Finally, my brothers, our fear is not for the mujahideen in Syria, for they are victorious in any case. Allah has promised them one of two good things: victory or martyrdom, and they are victorious in both. Even if they are killed at the hands of Syrians and taken captive around us while we watch, there is no good in us. And if we think that abandoning the mujahideen and leaving them to their enemies will lead to the stabilization of the country and the end of suffering, then by Allah, it will not be. Abandoning your brothers will not be the path to good, betrayal will not be the path to good.
Allah, the Most High, said: {And if they seek your help in religion, then you must help them}. And our master and your master, the master of the honorable and noble, Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "The blood of Muslims is one, and they are a hand against those who are not of them."
The grip of the conspirators against the Muslims is beginning to loosen, and America wants to eliminate jihad in Syria before its humiliating withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2014, which is expected to signal the setting of its black sun.
Our master and your master, Muhammad (peace be upon him), said: "Whoever abandons a Muslim in a place where his honor is diminished and his sanctity is violated, Allah will abandon him in a place where he desires his support." Support your brothers, support their hearing and honor, and do not abandon them.
Your brothers do not have personal agendas; they are the helpers of Allah and the carriers of His message. Their agendas are to save you, honor you, and thwart the schemes of your enemies. Whatever your view of them, are they not Muslims in the end? Whose side are you on? With your brothers in faith and love of Allah and His Messenger, or with those who desecrate the Qur'an, destroy mosques, strip men, mock your Lord and your Prophet, and throw the bodies of your brothers as food for dogs in the lands they have occupied?
A Call to Preachers and Scholars
And we say to the preachers: We want a clear stance from you regarding this American announcement. We want a stance from you, Dr. Bakar, and from you, Sheikh Ar'ar, and from you, Professor Derani, and others. We want clear, declared support for the mujahideen in contrast to your statements about the coalition.
I ask Allah to make you steadfast in His obedience and to make you among His supporters.
Final Supplication
O Allah, honor Islam and the Muslims. O Allah, honor Islam and the Muslims, and support Your servants, the mujahideen. O Allah, help them and do not help against them, support them and do not support against them, plot for them and do not plot against them, guide them and make guidance easy for them, and support them against those who transgress against them.
