What Comes After the World Cup?

From Following to Action

Hey guys, you followed the World Cup in recent days. I won't comment on what has passed, nor will I comment on the importance or unimportance of the World Cup. I don't want to blame anyone or criticize anyone, but a word for the future.

Isn't it time for us to transform from followers to active influencers? From followers who cannot, no matter what we do, influence the course of the match, to soldiers of Allah who, with His help, can influence the course of history.

The Real Cup

The player raised the World Cup and some of us applauded him happily. Isn't it time for us to work so that each of us can raise the book of our deeds on the Day of Judgment with pride, saying: "Behold, read my book! I thought that I would meet my reckoning." So that the reward is: "He is in a life content, in a high garden, whose fruits are near. Eat and drink pleasantly for what you sent forth in the days gone by."

What is the difference, by God, between this statement and the phrase "your team won"? Okay, your team won, congratulations, what's next? What is the next step?

Life Priorities

I love sports, I love to play them, and I love football, but I don't master it honestly. However, I play it as a sport and then I spend more of my time on beneficial activities.

Isn't it time for us to transform from mere followers of a competition that does not bring real benefit to humanity nor alleviate its suffering, into participants in the greatest competition, the competition of building this earth with truth and justice, so that its inhabitants may then enjoy eternal bliss in everlasting paradise.

"Race to forgiveness from your Lord and a Paradise as wide as the heavens and the earth, prepared for those who believe in Allah and His messengers."

A Call to Accountability and Action

I wish my brother would do a simple calculation and ask himself: How much time did you spend following the World Cup? Ten hours? Twenty hours? Okay, how much time will I spend on these great goals? "And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a Paradise as wide as the heavens and the earth, prepared for the righteous."

Let us cooperate in this race in knowledge, invitation, and action. And on this occasion, I invite you, young people aged 11-16, to join us in the competition "Let Them Contemplate His Signs," for from here begins every reform, from contemplating the Book of Allah.
