Please do not ignore my message, but I desperately need this response. I am blessed with clear certainties and a great goal: I want to be part of the project of establishing God's Sharia on earth. But now I feel a state akin to confusion, where the permissible is mixed with the forbidden, and the certain with the speculative. This is after the liberation of Syria and the new administration taking over, then the course of events is not as we learned from you it should be, and yet we do not hear from you or from the scholars we respect any denunciation worth mentioning."

At the same time, I believe that it is necessary to clarify the truth to people in the greatest matter for which they were created, which is the establishment of the Sharia of their Lord, glorified and exalted be He, in all aspects of life; this is the complete and comprehensive servitude to God, glorified and exalted be He.
I have clarified my position from 2012 to 2015 with dozens of words and articles, and I have disassociated myself from the excesses of democracy and the excesses of excommunication, and we still publish from time to time what relates to preserving the dignity of Sharia and magnifying it in the hearts. If I had retreated from this call, I would have told you publicly, for I do not satisfy myself that there remains in my life and after my death what fills the pages of my works with the sins of misleading people.
Reiterating the position on the current developments in Syria requires objectivity. If we leave part of the picture without clarifying our position on it, everyone will fill it with their own interpretations that do not represent us.
It is better if I speak only with a detailed presentation that fills the gaps, which time does not allow for now. However, it remains an obligation of sufficiency for the people of knowledge and call to clarify the Sharia ruling on mistakes, otherwise, the known will become unknown and the unknown will become known in the eyes of the people, and the landmarks of Sharia will be obscured, especially with the emergence of those who justify every action and say: "Everything you see does not contradict the Sharia of God."
What we say in brief: The establishment of the Sharia of God, glorified and exalted be He, and the protection of its dignity is the great cause for which we live, and there is no goodness for Muslims in this world or the hereafter except through it. And the Muslim, no matter the pressures he faces, this does not justify his deviation from the reference of Sharia. There is nothing that allows you to set Sharia aside and seek solutions outside of it.
Those who always raise the pretext of necessity, pressures, and international cunning, we say to them: We, because we know that the circumstances are extremely difficult, emphasize these meanings; for there is no way out of all this except with the companionship of God and His guidance, not with political wisdom and diplomacy freed from the reference of Sharia.
"If there is no help from God for the youth... then the first thing his effort will eliminate is himself."
I advise my brothers in Syria and everywhere to work on spreading this spirit among the people until it becomes a general stance that the peoples adopt and work for it. And God, glorified and exalted be He, knows best and is wiser. Peace be upon you and the mercy of God.
