Wonderful responses from followers to the talk "Beware of Joking with the Verses of the Quran"
Tell me how to thank these brothers and sisters?! These are examples of the followers' response to the talk "Beware of Joking with the Verses of the Quran". How beautiful is the speed of response and humility to the truth. This reminded me of a saying by Ibn al-Qayyim, the meaning of which is that when people respond to a call to good that you invited them to, you are more worthy of thanking them than they are of thanking you. Why? Because they were vessels for the call to good, they accepted it and thus caused you to gain good deeds, God willing. Good in the nation of Muhammad, peace be upon him, is very, very much. So work and hope, O noble ones. For lighting a candle is better than remaining to curse the darkness a thousand times. With a reminder that we will dedicate, God willing, a detailed talk to discuss many questions raised about what is permissible and what is not permissible in mentioning Quranic verses in different contexts.
