Introduction: Returning with the "You Matter" Competition
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings, dear brothers. Two and a half years ago, we organized a competition for youth aged thirteen to nineteen around the world titled "You Matter," and the participation was very good.
I thought about bringing back the competition, so I posted on the channel dedicated to the first batch of participants, asking them: "Dear youth, after two and a half years, what is your evaluation of the competition?" I asked this question because I am considering bringing it back amidst a busy program filled with many proposed projects. If the competition has left a lasting and profound impact on you, this will encourage me to bring it back for a new group of youth.
Impact of the Competition and Spreading Hope in the Ummah
Indeed, the comments they left on the post brought great joy to the heart and made me feel that we can do so much to save this nation and earn good deeds with the Lord of the Worlds, by the will of Allah the Most High. Yes, there is much pain in our nation, but there is also much that we can do to restore our glory and dignity, and to bring people closer to their Lord, Glorified and Exalted be He.
Call for Participation and Targeted Groups
We ask parents to direct their sons and daughters to participate in this competition, and you as well, dear youth, invite your friends, colleagues, relatives, and acquaintances.
By the way, this competition is for all ages this time; because its materials are truly suitable for everyone, even some parents were commenting that they benefited more than their children did. However, the prizes will be designated for those aged thirteen to twenty years old.
Special Prizes and Participation Details
Since our brothers and sisters in Syria this time can participate freely, praise be to Allah, after the situation has changed, there will be special prizes for them. There are forty prizes for all over the world, and a significant portion of them are designated for our sons and daughters in Syria (aged 13 to 20).
