What I have as a Muslim is not "hope", but certainty. For hope is a belief in the possibility of obtaining what is desired.. But with faith, what is desired is obtained in any case: (For his affair is entirely good for him, and this is not for anyone except the believer).. With faith, everything that comes from our Lord is gifts, and the difference between them is only in the wrapping, for affliction is a disliked wrapping, and ease is a loved wrapping, and inside is a beautiful gift in both cases. So what I have is not "hope" that can hit or miss, but guaranteed profit...The important thing is that I strive for Allah's pleasure so that everything that comes to me from Him is good for it, and this is a matter in my hands to strive for, without waiting for the unknowns of destiny.
