The fat wolves in functional states are waiting to exploit the chaos with covert operations, assassinations, and killings.

Arab Regimes

Arab regimes are waiting to humiliate their peoples after hope has been killed, and to place their feet in cold waters for decades after successfully turning the fire of jihad against each other instead of extending it to their thrones.

Arms Dealers

Arms dealers are waiting to supply both sides, by order of the international system, with high-quality lethal weapons that were not previously provided when the war was against Assad. Now, they are being supplied to help both sides of jihad in annihilating each other.

The Sultans' Scholars

The sultans' scholars, who have wet their faces with tears to patch up the ruler who supports Assad in the war on terror, are waiting to raise their heads and smile, arguing boldly that they were right when they abandoned supporting jihad in Sham because it is fitnah (trial and tribulation).

Opponents of the Jihadi Intellectual Project

Opponents of the jihadi intellectual project, who want it to fail in Sham as a credit to their declining thought that coexists with falsehood, are waiting. They address the mistakes of the jihadi project by eliminating it, like the bear that wanted to swat a fly from its master's face and crushed it with a rock.

Negotiation suitcase owners are waiting to head to Geneva in pairs to secure chairs on the skulls of a people lost between infidel enemies and mujahideen preoccupied with internal strife.

Ignorant Secular Writers and Mocking Actors

Ignorant secular writers and mocking actors are waiting to ridicule the concepts of Sharia, jihad, the caliphate, and the Islamic state, and to excommunicate people from them after the blood of the fighters has become ink for their poisoned pens.

Satan is waiting to crush hope in the hearts of Muslims, to make them doubt wisdom and destiny after they were previously abandoned in their role of supporting and preserving jihad.

Security Courts of the Regimes

Security courts of the regimes, state security in the lands of the Muslims, are waiting to arrest, hold accountable, and disappear those who support jihad in Sham after its image has blackened in the minds of the people. Those who support it materially or morally are now deserving of punishment because they have fueled fitnah in public opinion.

The Conspiring International System

The conspiring international system is waiting to sweep away the bodies of the fighters and those killed by it during the chaos, to sweep them all away from the arena of Sham and return the people to the pen of international slavery once again.

The Assad or Rafidah Soldier

The Assad or Rafidah soldier standing at the door of the Muslim captive in the dungeons, who was waiting for the day her mujahideen brothers would free her or at least bomb the prison because she prefers death to daily rape. The soldier will come to her and say: "Those whom I was waiting for to free you are killing each other, they are not coming. Prepare yourself, our people want to relax." And Allah is sufficient for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs.

Warning Against Firing the First Bullet

These 13 categories of humans and jinn are waiting for your bullet, O mujahid. You may fire it believing that you are thereby ridding jihad of people who are deviant in methodology or of rebels who have corrupted it. In reality, you are ridding the aforementioned categories of jihad altogether.

It may be said: "Many incidents of killing have occurred among the mujahideen, and the mentioned symphony has not been played." True, the international system was waiting for the atmosphere to be more prepared and for the grass to dry so that a small spark could ignite a fire. Therefore, any fighting or fanatical supporter who thinks he will decide the battle by eliminating the other side to then devote himself to fighting the original enemy is deluded with a destructive, catastrophic illusion. Any soldier who fires his bullet at a Muslim in this atmosphere is qualified to receive the honor of the first bullet and should prepare himself to meet Allah with the mentioned results.

The Proposed Solution

Accepting the Sharia Judgment

Therefore, for all of this, I do not respond to those who try to provoke me to take a stance inciting the fighting of any group. I do not satisfy myself with contributing to the mentioned symphony of misery and destruction, even with a word, and I ask Allah to take me and my brothers to Himself before a word comes out of us that contributes to that. At the same time, I will not remain silent about the mistakes I see that lead to drying the grass, charging the souls, and destroying the image of jihad and Sharia.

The fools and the ignorant will be angry because I have desecrated the sanctity of the team they applaud with ignorance. As for me, I have taken it upon myself to present the interest of all of jihad, indeed the interest of both disputing parties together, indeed the interest of Islam and humanity. And I say to those who will use my words to incite the fighting of any faction: I am innocent of your distortion and lies, take all my words or leave all of them, and do not use them to serve your agendas even if you see in them service to Islam.

Those who want me to stop conveying the mistakes do not imagine the extent of the expected destruction if the neglect continues. Therefore, some of them threaten me that the number of your followers will decrease and people will be disgusted with you if you continue in that, a severe foolishness as if I care about that while I see everyone will drown. I say it here and let whoever does not like the speech strike his head with whatever he wants:

All factions, all without exception, must accept a judgment that no one from either party of the dispute has any authority over, and must abide by it even if it is on their leaders. They must accept public debates where the judgment and debates address all issues: the arrest of mujahideen and leaders and even the general public, killing and torture, plundering of bases and weapons, relations with functional states or foreign entities, withdrawals, incitement to fight a Muslim faction. Then everyone must adhere to this Sharia judgment as long as it is based on evidence and investigation of the facts.

Tightening the Screw on the Stubborn Faction

Alright, what about the one who refuses to accept this judgment, wants to be both the opponent and the judge, or accepts it in some cases but not others, or delays in judgment, or responds to every crime he commits by accusing his opponent of a similar crime, or refuses to disclose his documents, or dismisses all appeals? What should be done with him? Attempting to uproot him through fighting is a no, no, no, not because the criminals in this faction do not deserve retribution, but for the reasons mentioned above. So what is the solution?

The solution is to tighten the screw on the stubborn faction humanly, economically, and intellectually: by prohibiting fighting under his banner, prohibiting financial support for him, exposing his actions to his supporters and those who want to join his ranks, and directing support instead to those who accept the Sharia judgment and who have dedicated themselves to fighting the real enemy, free from any suspicious relations. These projects had precedence before the insistence that dismissed the appeals of the leaders and theorists of global jihad.

And it is necessary that all this tightening be preceded, accompanied, and interspersed with preventing the use of these mentioned means to incite fighting against this faction, not to use them for the uprooting advocates of a faction, but to defuse the fitna.

Clarifying the Purpose of Exposing Mistakes

And everything I will write later about the differences among the fighters in Sham must be read in the light of this word. I wish the ignorant who do not want to read for more than a minute would only know whether I am a supporter of their team or a supporter of the other team, then they would criticize their opponents with sharp tongues. May they busy themselves with convincing their team of the Sharia judgment mentioned above, which is not our invention or our ideas, but a command from Allah whom we all claim to obey, and not to choose after that.
