Consoling Our People in Gaza
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah.
Dear brothers, I received a moving message from a brother in Gaza who said: "Our chests have constricted due to the abandonment, and our worries have become like the weight of mountains. Is there any advice that you can give to our brothers in Gaza to imagine and spread, gathering the virtues of those whom Allah has tested?"
And he honestly means: "The Muslims have not filled the hunger of the hungry, nor have they stopped the flowing blood, nor have they defended the sanctuaries of religion and the honor of our women in Gaza. And I ask for your advice and support for us in a homeland where if we are victorious, Allah will be victorious, and if we are abandoned, Allah will abandon us. I wanted to sneak out with some of the youth to carry some flour to our people in the famine, but more than three were martyred, and Allah has spared us, so we returned. May Allah soften our hearts, and may Allah soften your heart. By Allah, some people are tempted in their religion because of the hunger of their children and the abandonment of the nation, while at the same time, goods enter the occupying entity daily from more than eighteen countries, most of which are Arab and Muslim." The message ends.
The Feeling of Abandonment and the Reality of the Nation
Indeed, dear brothers, with the feeling of oppression, one is no longer encouraged to speak on the subject beyond what we have said before. But when our brothers say to us, "We hear words that make us patient," we cannot but respond to them.
First of all, dear brothers in Gaza, it is important to remember that those who make you patient do not speak to you as free, unshackled individuals. Because if they were free, they would not accept from themselves to say to you, "Be patient, for you have the reward and Paradise." Rather, the truth of the matter is that the Muslim peoples are shackled.
When Muslims are unable to support you as they should, and even one of them is unable to defend himself, it is because they are peoples from whom all means of self-defense have been removed. And when the one who denounces evil is threatened with imprisonment, these peoples are not free. So when you hear those who make you patient, may you know that they are with you in the great prison, and may you hear this truth in your minds.
Not Everyone Has Abandoned You
Your feeling of abandonment by everyone drives you towards losing patience, so know that not everyone has abandoned you. By Allah, there are many in the nation who are burning with the desire to support you, and they are ready to sacrifice themselves and their wealth to save you. I saw a youth who said, "What should I do?" and burst into tears. When I said to him, "May Allah open for us a door for jihad," just as your bodies are torn apart, there are people whose souls are torn apart and wish they were with you.
In a hadith by Bukhari, the Prophet peace be upon him said to the companions as he was returning from Tabuk: "In the city of Medina, there are people who have not traveled a journey nor crossed a valley except that they were with you." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, they are in Medina?" He said, "They are in Medina, but they are detained by an excuse."
People, dear brothers, are not as the media portrays them, and there are marches and protests and many who sacrifice themselves and expose themselves to beating and imprisonment for your sake. Just yesterday, thousands came out in Jordan protesting the shameful trucks, and according to the news, thirty-five youths were arrested. The nation has much good that is being suppressed from the outset. There are countries where tens of thousands of preachers and scholars have been arrested, and thousands are still being arrested in droves who think of doing something effective to save you and save the oppressed Muslims.
The Impact of Your Sacrifices and the Enemy's Plans
Do not forget the activity of the criminal Zionists on social media, so it is not surprising that they have accounts that are corrupted to make you feel disappointed by the Muslim peoples, to make you feel that you are forgotten. So that when it is said to you, "Revive the nation of Islam," you say, "No, and we do not revive anyone nor do we have an effect on anyone. There was enthusiasm, and it has faded."
No, dear brothers, no.
"Had it not been that when you heard it, the believers, men and women, thought well of themselves and said, 'This is a clear falsehood.'" Doubting the fruits of your sacrifices is destructive, and your enemy knows that very well. Therefore, dear brothers, every indication to you of the futility of your sacrifices is only from the devils of mankind and jinn to break your spirits and make you discontented and doubting, instead of being patient, steadfast, and rewarding, spreading in the nation the meanings of patience and steadfastness.
Patience and Steadfastness in Adversity
Remember the hadith of Bukhari in which the Prophet peace be upon him entered upon a sick Arab man who was visiting him and said to him, "No harm, it is a purification if Allah wills." The sick man said, "Did you say purification? No, but it is a fever that boils over an old man whom the graves visit." The Prophet peace be upon him said, "Then it is good." Meaning, as long as you do not want it to be a purification for your sins, let it be as you say, a fever that boils over you until the grave visits you. The man died, but instead of gaining the supplication of the Prophet peace be upon him and meeting his Lord purified from sins and ready to enter Paradise.
Either you will be steadfast now and patient and content with the decree of your Lord, exalted be He, and what you receive will be a purification, or you will be distressed and discontented, and then there will be no world nor hereafter.
When the survey was published about the extent to which a fundamental change has occurred after the events, tens of thousands, more than fifty percent of the respondents, chose that yes, a fundamental change has occurred in their lives and behaviors. And may your spirits not wane, dear brothers, go and read the comments on that survey and see how much you have changed in people, and we will put a link for you in the video description, God willing.
Awakening Humanity and Changing Consciousness
The state of captivity of the entire nation is that you are shaking it, but rather, you are awakening humanity from its slumber and breaking its shackles. Millions of people around the world have begun to awaken to the reality that they are enslaved and mocked. And the criminals in every country are now focused on resolving this battle in favor of the Zionists, and they are not accounting for the effect of the awakening of the peoples in the long run.
When an American air force soldier burns himself in protest of the injustice you are subjected to, when soldiers burn their military uniforms because they are ashamed of them, all of this will have a great effect, God willing. The criminal Zionists cry as you cry and suffer as you suffer, but how different the outcome is. And all the armies of the earth combined have not made them cry as you have made them cry, O heroes of Gaza.
Every day the war extends, there is a profound change in the consciousness of the peoples, so that when a change comes in the direction of liberating the people, it will not be a fragile and quickly fading change, but a profound and long-lasting change, God willing.
Contentment with the Decree of Allah and the Great Reward
It is very easy for you to say, "Brother, we need the peoples to awaken and the Muslims to awaken. We need to fill the hunger of our children and return to our homes and feel safe and not have the missiles continue to rain down on our heads." These are legitimate demands that every human being seeks, but the important thing is not to reach the stage of objecting to your wise Lord, exalted be He. The important thing is not to let the effect of your patience be lost. The important thing is that you do not break and the criminals succeed in making you a lesson for those who consider.
This world is trivial and is not worth to Allah the wing of a mosquito. Your patience here means eternity in everlasting bliss. The Messenger of Allah peace be upon him said, "When the son of a servant dies, Allah the Almighty says to His angels: 'We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return.' Then Allah the Almighty says: 'Build for My servant a house in Paradise and name it the House of Praise.'"
He who loses his eyes among you, dear brothers, is informed by our Prophet peace be upon him: "Verily, Allah said: 'When I test My servant with his two beloveds, meaning his eyes, and he is patient, I will reward him with Paradise for them.'"
Who among you is the most wretched and suffering now, O people of Gaza? In a hadith by Muslim, the Leader of the Patient peace be upon him said: "And the most wretched of people in this world from the people of Paradise will be brought forth and dyed with a dye in Paradise, and it will be said to him: 'O son of Adam, have you ever seen wretchedness? Has any hardship ever passed by you?' He will say: 'No, by Allah, my Lord, no wretchedness has ever passed by me, nor have I ever seen hardship.' A sip that erases all the wretchedness of the world."
A Word to Those in Charge of Aid and Conclusion
And since it was also requested of me by a brother in Gaza, I say a word to those who possess goods and to those in charge of distributing aid: Fear Allah in your brethren, may He preserve you in yourselves, your children, and your honor through your piety. For you know, my brothers, that death may come to any of you at any moment, and know that those who wrong others, if they had all that is on earth and its like with them, they would ransom themselves with it from the punishment. May we ask Allah to guide you to mercy, mutual support, and justice so that you do not become a cause of people's tribulation.
Once again, I would not have addressed you, O people of Gaza, with this word if it had not been requested of me to say it, otherwise, I am shy of you.
And I conclude with you with some verses I said in a tribulation much less than your tribulation, but perhaps there is patience in it:
How many tears in my tribulation I shed, I close my eyes on my wounds and my fire burns, Until I know who sees me contented That love is a bond that does not break. How many smiles amidst the thorns I showed, And the trials gnaw and the sorrows hurt, And I show with my patience to those who wish evil That I and my Lord are protectors, I do not yield. So be patient, for they do not hope and you hope A reward if they are harmed and you are harmed. Either He will honor you, you will not taste humiliation, Or if He humiliates, it is not dishonorable to you.
May Allah save you, O people of Gaza, and grant you victory, and help us to help you, and prepare for us and for the Muslims the means of jihad in His cause. Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah.
