Episode 28 - You Neither Applied Shariah Nor Made the People Supreme!

Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

Introduction: Evaluating Policies, Not People

We will review the policies implemented during this period. We will not discuss the dismissal of military leaders, the Attorney General, or the cancellation of the supplementary constitutional declaration, as these moves are neither praiseworthy nor condemnable in themselves, but rather based on the judgment they have achieved, which we will now review. And as we review these policies, let us ask ourselves: Do they please Allah the Almighty, or do they even respect the will of the people, so that we can say that their owners were in harmony with the rule of the people?

Policies of the New Administration: Neither the Shariah Have You Established Nor the People Have You Satisfied

1. The Sinai Campaign

First: The Sinai campaign, which the facts have increasingly shown was launched to target fighting groups with no connection whatsoever to the incident of the soldiers' killing, and whose goal was to eliminate the fighters in Sinai and secure the borders of what is called Israel and its gas lines, and which enjoyed the support of the Zionist entity and America, leading Western politicians to praise the new president and his ability to protect the borders of what is called Israel and his war against those they call terrorists.

The reward for this campaign was Britain's pressure on the European Union to return some of the looted assets of the Mubarak family to Egypt. We have spoken about the campaign in our statements: "The Military Campaign in Sinai: The Forbidden Nature of Believing in Fabrications" and "The Campaign on Sinai: What is Your Excuse Before Allah?"

It is truly sad that some people do not follow the details of the campaign and have not bothered to listen to the words we issued in a statement about its reality, then come later to defend the policies of the new presidency just for the sake of defense. They want to remain in their rosy dreams and incite us if we tell the people to come to us from the fire. Ignorance of reality and then incitement against those who know and follow the reality. And Allah is the one we seek help from.

2. Ignoring the Zionist Drones

Second: Ignoring the Zionist drones that targeted fighters in Sinai, unconcerned with sovereignty or anything else.

3. Confirming Non-Interference with the Camp David Agreement

Third: Confirming non-interference with the Camp David Agreement before taking any action.

4. Appointing a Christian in the Presidential Institution

Fifth: Appointing a Christian in the presidential institution for democratic transition affairs, at a time when the Coptic Church is practicing terrorism against our sisters detained there, and even detaining those who converted to Islam after the revolution, such as Christine Azzam and Nancy Magdy. And the new presidency, which has relied on the fighters of Sinai, has not moved a finger to stop the church's terrorism and save our detained sisters until this moment. Is this what the Muslim people in their vast majority want?

5. Teaching Contaminated Curricula

Sixth: Teaching curricula contaminated with texts from what is called the Holy Scriptures, texts that suggest the preference of Christianity over Islam in women's rights, and texts that contradict the hadiths and consensus, such as their saying: "Whoever changes his religion, respect him." Would the Muslim people in the majority accept these curricula if a referendum were held?

6. Visiting Iran and Embracing Its President

Seventh: Visiting Iran and embracing its president, and exonerating it from participating in the crimes against the Muslim Syrian people in a strange disregard for the witnessed reality. Is this the stance that the people expect?

8. Announcing the Training of Somali Army and Police

Ninth: Announcing in the United Nations that Egypt will train the Somali army and police, known for their allegiance to the international system against the youth fighters. Was this done with the consultation of the Egyptian Muslim people?

9. The Intimate Message to Peres

Tenth: The intimate message to Peres, addressed to "His Excellency Mr. Shimon Peres, President of the State of Israel, my dear and great friend," expressing the desire for relations of love and friendship and the appointment of the new ambassador, and sealed with "Your faithful friend." Was this message with the consultation of the people? And if it was, why did the presidency initially deny it and then admit it after two months? Did not the Prophet peace be upon him say: "Three people whom Allah will not speak to on the Day of Judgment, nor will He purify them nor look at them, and for them is a painful punishment: an old adulterer, a lying king, and a haughty family man"?

10. Exonerating the Son of the Deposed President

Of course, all of this is in addition to the exoneration of the son of the deposed president and the criminals involved in the Battle of the Camel. Incapable of stopping these farces.

11. Military Exercises with America

All of this is in addition to the military exercises with America at the same time that it released a film attacking the Prophet peace be upon him, and considering the blood of its spy ambassador a greater sanctity than the Kaaba.

Criticism of Neglect and Activity in Disobedience

Of course, in all of this, we have not mentioned what was expected of the new presidency to accomplish and did not accomplish. We have not spoken about neglect or slowness in good, but about hastening and activity in disobeying Allah and violating the bonds of the Shariah.

Important Observations on the Sovereignty of the People

And here, dear brothers, we note two important observations:

1. Sovereignty of the People: A Theoretical Principle Difficult to Apply

The first is that the sovereignty of the people, in addition to its contradiction with the Shariah, is a theoretical principle that is difficult to apply. The control of untrustworthy hands over the media so that they manufacture public opinion and direct the will of the people based on a truncated and distorted presentation of the facts to ultimately implement the will of the enemies of the nation, not the will of the people. The enemies of the nation are those who control the media. An example of this is what we saw of media manipulation and forgery accompanying the Sinai campaign to hide its ugly reality, otherwise, if its reality were presented, the people would have strongly opposed it.

2. Changing the Will of the People to Align with the Will of the Enemies of the Shariah

The second dangerous point: The democrats used to argue with us that the rule of the people desiring the Shariah is a way to the rule of the Shariah in the end. Then, behold, they work to change the will of the people to align with the will of the enemies of the Shariah, by teaching contaminated curricula that have a serious impact on future generations.

Are These Steps Towards Implementing the Shariah?

Then we say, after reviewing these ominous policies: Are these the steps on the path to implementing the Shariah? O you who are deluded by democracy, O you who say: "Give the new president a chance, give him a chance, he will not change everything in a month or two." Has your president taken a single step in the right direction for us to say that the matter is a matter of time? Or is it that in reality, he has changed in a month and two, but in the direction of angering Allah the Almighty and pleasing His enemies?

O you who justify, do you not understand in any land? What religion have you established? And where is the gradualism you promised? Where are the steps on the path to implementing the Shariah when we see nothing but the violation of the bonds of Islam, one by one? But what people have you satisfied or pleased?

Who is pleased with these policies?

If we review these mentioned policies, who is truly pleased with them? Did they please Allah the Almighty? Is any of these policies an obligation, a recommended act, or a permissible act that turns from a good intention into worship? Does one draw closer to Allah the Almighty with any of them? The clear answer: No. Therefore, there is no legitimacy from Allah the Almighty for them. If there is no legal basis from Allah the Almighty, nor from what you call popular legitimacy, then what is your basis and who are you pleasing?

We see that your policies have pleased:

• The Zionist entity with the Sinai campaign, securing gas lines, maintaining Camp David, and sending a message of friendship and loyalty to Peres.
• The Christians by teaching contaminated curricula, including them in the presidential institution, and abandoning our sisters detained by them.
• The hypocrites by preparing to train their forces loyal to the West, Ethiopia, and Kenya against the Mujahideen youth.
• The Iranian Rafidah by exonerating their daggers that drip with the blood of the Syrians.
• The pagans called secularists in the constitutional texts.
• The corrupting evildoers among the representatives.
• The Western countries with all that has preceded and with joint drills, killing Muslims who attacked the embassy in protest of the film.
• The devil in all of this.

The pleasure of Allah was not in your calculations, nor even the pleasure of the Muslim people whom you claimed sovereignty belongs to. And you will be doomed if you remain on this path with the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "Whoever seeks the pleasure of people at the displeasure of Allah, Allah will be displeased with him and will make the people displeased with him."

And here are the beginnings of that in the attack of the secularists who were not satisfied with your shameful concessions in the constitution. We no longer see a place to talk about Article Two that the principles of Sharia are not enough, and you have shocked not only its rulings but also its principles. And we no longer see a place to talk about that sovereignty belongs to Allah, not to the people, and you do not recognize the sovereignty of Allah nor the sovereignty of the people. And your call for the sovereignty of the people had no effect in reality except to marginalize Sharia, exclude it, and silence the voices calling for it under the pretext that you do not impose it on the people but rather invite them to choose what they will. Until Sharia was marginalized, you chose the policies that the enemies of the people want. These are the fruits of the henna that the jurisprudence of interest and harm, detached from the Sharia texts, reaps.

Advice and Supplication

We say to the members of the parties: By Allah, the target has been hit and the dust has settled, and you have seen what is beneath your feet. Is it not time for you to prioritize your religion over your party and take a stance that clears your conscience before your Lord, glorified and exalted be He?

We ask Allah the Almighty to guide the Muslims and rectify the affairs of the nation. Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
