Introduction to the Series: The Art of Having Good Thoughts About Allah

An unbreakable spirit, how can you purify your heart from complaining about destiny? So that your heart becomes a sound heart that you love to meet Allah with. How can you love your Lord, glorified and exalted be He, with an unconditional love that is not affected by circumstances? The answers to these questions and many others will be in a series titled: "The Art of Having Good Thoughts About Allah, the Exalted."

The Motivation Behind the Series: A Personal Experience and the Story of the People of the Cave

Brothers and sisters, many of you know that I was subjected to the experience of prison unjustly, but Allah, the Exalted, willed in His wisdom, mercy, kindness, and power to make the fire of prison coolness and peace for me.

The cave is a desolate, dark place, with a difficult and distant path, full of insects, perhaps scorpions and snakes. But despite that, these young men had good thoughts about their Lord, so they said: {So seek refuge in the cave; your Lord will spread out for you of His mercy and prepare for you of your affair a right course}. Allah, the Exalted, by His power and mercy, turned the cave into a place of comfort, kindness, mercy, and ease.

Allah, the Exalted, willed to bestow upon me many blessings in this trial, so I found it fitting to thank my Lord, the Most Merciful, to inform my brothers and sisters about these numerous blessings so that we may learn together the art of having good thoughts about Allah, the Exalted.

Content of the Series and Its Goals

In each episode of the episodes, we will discuss one of these benefits and discuss it in a few minutes, God willing. So come, let us seek refuge in the lap of Allah and find comfort in our Lord, glorified and exalted be He, and perfume our gatherings with His remembrance.

I ask Allah, the Exalted, to benefit me and you with this series and to make it in the scale of our good deeds.
