Introduction
Subscribe to the channel. What will they say about your love for your Lord and your reliance upon Him? And what will they say about our religion? Therefore, my brother, do not complain to the creation about the Creator, I beg you. Do not mock the enemies and be patient, and think well of your Lord, the Exalted. And know that no person will be lost who suppresses his anger seeking His pleasure and desiring His love, Glorified is He.
Here is the poem for you:
Poem: With the Love of Allah, I am Patient
The affliction has prolonged, his face is stern, And the hope of relief is firmly despairing. He says, "I am lost and bewildered, Anxiety grips me, my chest is dark."
I am drowning alone in worries, I have no Neighbor to protect nor a friend to have mercy. A harsh desert, I cannot see its end, I walk, the sands burn me and slap me.
If I strive for a mirage I see, He responds, "I am a devoted Muslim." Wonderful is your affair, do you stay upon thirst? If you have a spring of Zamzam water.
If your house is filled with jewels, Do you say that I am in dire need and destitute? Like a caravan in the wilderness, killed by thirst, And its back breaks from carrying water.
What do you say to an atheist who hears Your complaints and spreads what you suppress? He says, "O Muslims, have you forgotten What you claimed that a Lord is with you?
And that when you mentioned His promise, You were content with the gardens and were patient. And that the love of Allah is a protection for you, And if you rely upon Him, it is sufficient for you.
Even tranquility, you claimed, is only for you, And misery is for others. Why do I see you then despairing, Complaining, with grief and pessimism?
Your followers have deceived you about your religion, And you thought that in affliction, He would protect you. Where is the love you claimed would benefit you, While fear overwhelms and whispers assault?
As for me, the love of Layla is my joy, And her company is a balm for every wound. My heart is flourishing from her love, so Nothing frightens me, nor do worries overwhelm me.
Oh, what a pity for the servants if they complain About the decree of the Most Merciful to the One who does not show mercy. He tests to accept, hoping and supplicating, Then you see him, after being aided, complaining.
He tests to hear from you, "You are sinful," Then you see him weeping to the servants and suffering. O Allah, my Lord, how can you complain of loss? Your complaint is translated as evil assumptions.
Do you think your Lord tests you in vain? No, for the Lord of the Throne is wiser. Or if you raise your hand to seek His favor, He withholds the gifts if my Lord is the Most Generous.
Or if in truth you said, "My Lord, be with me," You are alone, but my God is more merciful. Or you said, "Sufficient for me is He upon whom I rely," He does not suffice from evil, for my Lord is the Greatest.
But Allah knows best how He bestows a blessing In a trial, and the afflicted one does not know. But in man is excessive haste, And for the Lord is a matter to delay, which is better.
Allah does not break His promises, but If we do not accept Him, we will be deprived. My Lord is near to the servants, and among them Are those who hasten to Him, and some who hesitate.
How many tears in my trials have I hidden from you, And when you are called to aid your religion, I submit. How many smiles have I shown amidst the enemies, And the trials gnaw and the calamities shatter.
And I show with my patience to those who wish to gloat That I and my Lord are protectors, I will not be defeated. So be patient, they do not hope, and you hope For a reward when they are harmed and you are harmed.
Either He will honor you, you will not taste humiliation, Or if He humiliates, it is not an honor for you. And remember a Prophet who was tested with three, And likewise with his eyes, he said, understanding.
To Allah, I have poured out my complaint and my grief, I have known from He who does not know. He returned after severe hardship, seeing clearly, And the family is united, and Yusuf is ruling.
Glorified is my Lord, how He decrees His affair, He is the Most Gentle to what He wills and rules. My Lord, I have scattered my treasures, And I have taken up my pens to compose and arrange.
To repel from the basin of the Sharia from enmity, And to prevent what the afflictions have intended. And I establish in a heart that touches my letters, To Allah, a fortress of love that will not be destroyed.
And I establish in a heart that touches my letters, To Allah, a fortress of love that will not be destroyed. So write for a servant who has loved you sincerely, Your vision, for you are the most beloved, the most honored.
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah.
