Why Do We Speak About the Declaration of the Caliphate?
The emotional zealots must understand why we speak about the declaration of the caliphate. If the declaration were to be followed by a confrontation that would shatter the pillars of the international system and its tentacles of puppet regimes in the region, we would not have bothered ourselves with a statement that what has been established is not a caliphate, nor would we have occupied ourselves with more pressing matters than this.
The lands of the Muslims are living in a state of humiliation, degradation, misery, and decline, and are exposed to the chaos of the disbelievers and the degradation of the Muslim's dignity, which has reached a level that is not lower than the abyss. If someone comes to distract the global system and its tentacles from enjoying the humiliation of the Muslim peoples, we will not hinder his path even if he is unjust. And we would cut our throats before we use them one day to consolidate the thrones of tyrants under the pretext that they are better than others, but we ask Allah for their annihilation on a day when neither the earth nor the sky will weep for them.
However, we speak about this declaration when it is built upon invalid results that do not bring us closer to the desired victory except in distance. It is necessary to state the invalidity of the origin upon which these branches and invalid results are built.
The Invalid Results Stemming from the Declaration
We will mention here two of these results that have been announced explicitly or implicitly, opening the door to them:
1. Splitting the Ranks in the Jihadi Arenas
This means splitting the ranks in the jihadi arenas and weakening them with a false claim, and not uniting the word as the infatuated with slogans imagine.
2. The Dangerous Misapplication of Prophetic Texts
Secondly: the dangerous misapplication of prophetic texts out of context, such as: "Whoever comes to you while your command is all on one man who wants to split your ranks or disperse your group, then kill him." The hadith was narrated by Muslim. And the group here is the Ummah, for in the authentic hadith also: "Whoever goes out against my Ummah while they are all, then kill him, whoever he may be."
It is as if some weak-minded individuals claim that the command of the Ummah has been united upon the one who claimed the caliphate for himself, and that it has been transferred to him in a legally sound manner, then they arrange the legitimacy of killing those who split the ranks. And the definition of splitting the ranks in this case is left to the interpretation of each individual, with the green light given to shoot him down and extract what is inside him without any dignity. Emotional and enthusiastic outbursts become a fertile environment for sinister applications. For in the interpretation of some ignoramuses, whoever sees this group differently... some have already started waving at me with the hadith: "Kill him, whoever he may be" because, according to his sick understanding, I am splitting the ranks with my articles.
Complex Issues
Complex issues: An issue in leaving the definition of splitting the ranks open and arranging killing upon it, built upon an issue in claiming qualifications for the caliphate that only he who has attained a real caliphate in a legally sound manner deserves, as we will explain with the permission of Allah the Exalted. So how if this is joined by the focus in the declaration on the Sahwat and the apostates with their very loose concept as well? Otherwise, if the speech were confined to confronting the international system and its agents, we would not have spoken, and we would have said let the claimed caliphate take its chance, but rather it is obligatory to support it.
Western Media and the Distortion of the Concept of Caliphate
The Western media machine circulates the word caliphate associated with the one who declared it, and seeks to attach the wrong practices to the concept of caliphate itself, distorting it. Those who believe today that a caliphate has been established will be disillusioned tomorrow if this model does not succeed. Therefore, my brothers, the matter is a religion, not emotions, the matter is a religion, not emotions that we pamper.
Advice to the Declared Group
A state has been declared before, and the scholars remained silent on the grounds that this is a declaration that raises morale and terrifies the enemy. But behold, it is built upon injustice to the near and gloating over the enemy. What would harm the declared group if it ruled by the law of Allah, sought justice in what it controlled of the land, redressed the grievances, and fought those who followed it of the disbelievers, the disbelievers truly? What would harm it if it left others to jihad and stood at the frontiers and did not impose upon them what it has no right to impose? What would harm it if it struck the head of the snake and did not preoccupy itself with those it calls Sahwat or splitters of the ranks? If it did so, it would thereby help to make the caliphate a reality for the Muslims.
Conclusion
This is the reason for speaking about the topic, otherwise we are not concerned at all with thwarting any effort towards the dignity of the Ummah, its empowerment, and fighting its enemy, but we advise what we see as diverting from this goal to its opposite. O Allah, unite the hearts of the Muslims and employ us in reviving a caliphate upon the methodology of prophethood. Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah.
